The Gist

No lean

▸At -137, the Yankees need to win about 58% of the time to break even, which leaves little margin for a side built around Carlos Rodon against Nolan McLean.
▸Aaron Judge on the 10-Day-IL takes away the Yankees' top bat, so the offense has to lean on depth, and Bellinger's 3-run homer in a 6-4 win shows a path to runs.
▸An 8 total is a low number, and with Christian Scott and Tylor Megill both out for the Mets, the pitching staff depth behind McLean is thin, so the under needs a clean start from both arms to hold.
